Our mountain cuisine
Schlutzer (spinach-filled pasta), bread dumplings, Kaiserschmarrn (torn pancakes), and more: at the Schlernhaus, we prepare all our dishes with pride. Harald passionately cooks up a storm, while Silvia is responsible for the sweet treats. Our cuisine is traditional, and we place special emphasis on our dishes being homemade, as well as the use of local and seasonal ingredients. Ready-made products? Not on our plates!
