Your job in the mountains
Have you ever flown to work by helicopter? No? If there’s a big delivery coming up, there’s a chance the helicopter will take you along for the ride! But that’s not the only reason the Schlernhaus is not your average workplace. Leaving the valley behind for a while, you get to work, eat, and sleep in the mountains. And once work is finished, you can step out of the hut’s door straight into the fantastic mountain world: embark on a hike or just enjoy the sunset. On your days off, if you’re longing for home, you can also travel down and back up again. If you need something from the valley, hut manager Silvia will be happy to pick it up for you when she runs her errands – or we can transport it up to you via the material cable car!

Useful information
Ideally, you will work at the Schlernhaus for a whole season: from the beginning of June to mid-October. We also welcome shorter work assignments – but six weeks is the minimum.
